Transcripts

The following high school students that should use this form are:

• Class of 2024
• Class of 2025
• Class of 2026
• Class of 2027
• Class of 2028

Once you fill out the form, the site registrar will be notified and process the request. 

If your last school of attendance was from HHS / HWHS / SPHS / EFJ / CDS / HOC BEFORE 2024 then click on the tab below labeled "Transcript Request form for PREVIOUS HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS". 

If your last school of attendance was from Hanford Adult School then click on the tab below labeled "Transcript Request form for HANFORD ADULT SCHOOL STUDENTS".

If the last school of attendance was from HHS / HWHS / SPHS / EFJ / CDS / HOC BEFORE 2024 then click on the link below for the school transcript records needed. There is a $5 per copy charge for official transcripts and no fee for unofficial transcripts. Once you fill out the form, the site registrar will be notified and process the request.

If your last school of attendance was from Hanford Adult School then click on the tab below labeled "Transcript Request form for HANFORD ADULT SCHOOL STUDENTS".
